German Sd.Kfz. 234/2 Puma

The German Sd.Kfz. 234/2 Puma was one of four different variants that used the 234 reconnaissance vehicle chassis. The Puma variant had a more traditional tank turret with a 5cm KwK 39 L/60 gun and an MG-42 machine gun mounted beside it.
The Battleground Toys Sd.Kfz. 234/2 Puma in 1:18 scale replicates many of the features and details found in the original. Mobility was an important capability during scouting missions so the chassis has eight large rolling wheels that snap onto for easy assembly. The main turret snaps into the chassis and includes two working hatches. Once installed the main gun has 360 degrees of rotation elevation to take on enemies from all sides.
A spare tire attaches to the rear and several stowage items including fuel cans, toolbox, headlights, mufflers, and a fire extinguisher are included. Smoke grenade launchers are attached to the sides of the turret to facilitate a stealthy getaway.
The hatches were sized to fit 1:18 action figures from 21st Century Toys Ultimate Soldier line or from the 1:18 Forces of Valor Bravo Team line.
